GARAKU

PROJECT BRIEF

TNM Creative Media was engaged by Wrights The Butchers to concept, produce, and deliver The Wright Cut — a long-form storytelling campaign spotlighting the chefs, venues, and philosophies behind Australia’s most respected kitchens.

The campaign aims to position Wrights not just as a premium supplier, but as a trusted partner to chefs who value provenance, restraint, and craft. Through cinematic video storytelling and editorial-led content, The Wright Cut explores how exceptional produce is transformed through technique, culture, and intent.

This edition focuses on Executive Chef Derek Kim at Garaku, Prefecture 48, highlighting modern Kaiseki dining through the lens of Pardoo Wagyu supplied by Wrights The Butchers.
