A Digital Marketing Agency Built on Storytelling, Strategy & Soul.

At the heart of TNM Creative Media is the story of Jamie and Laura Henshall - high school sweethearts turned co-founders of one of Australia’s most passionate creative media and digital marketing agencies.

Driven by a shared vision to bring authenticity back into branding, Jamie and Laura combined their unique backgrounds to build a full-service creative studio rooted in storytelling, design, and digital strategy.

Jamie, a former chef with a deep love for food and people, brings a gift for discovering the raw, human side of a brand - and turning it into powerful visual narratives. Laura, an actress and speaker coach, knows how to draw out the “why” behind every business and shape it into messaging that connects and converts.

Together, they’ve built TNM Creative Media from the ground up - navigating the highs and lows of small business life with grit, grace, and tenacity. What started as a creative venture is now a thriving digital marketing agency, trusted by brands across hospitality, food, retail, agriculture, real estate, and the arts.

TNM’s success is powered by a tight-knit team of creatives who live and breathe content, design, and digital marketing - all with the same mission: to help good brands tell great stories.

Now raising three daughters, Jamie and Laura’s purpose has only grown stronger. TNM Creative Media isn’t just about campaigns or clicks - it’s about legacy, leadership, and building brands that mean something.
