For the deeply moving Finding Ali project, TNM Creative Media embarked on a personal and cinematic journey — transforming a raw, emotional quest into a powerful documentary that captured hearts across the globe.

Inspired by the storytelling legacy of films like Lion, Finding Ali follows Creative Director Jamie Henshall as he searches for his estranged father, Suab Ali, in the vast and vibrant landscape of Bangladesh — a country of 166 million people. After 33 years of silence, and guided only by an old photograph and a few official documents, Jamie sets out to reconnect with his roots and, ultimately, find the missing pieces of himself.

This film isn’t just about a reunion — it’s a story of identity, intergenerational trauma, healing, and hope. Finding Ali is the project that gave TNM its heartbeat, and a testament to the transformative power of storytelling.
