Coltivare
Seasonal Magazine (Editorial)
PROJECT Overview
Coltivare began as a strategic initiative to strengthen the Lemdell brand and deepen its connection with independent retailers, growers, and customers.
Rather than creating another catalogue or product guide, TNM developed a publication that celebrated the people, produce, and stories behind the fresh produce industry.
The Challange
The challenge was creating a piece that delivered genuine value to retailers while showcasing the depth of Lemdell's network of growers, producers, and chefs.
We needed to move beyond transactional marketing and create something people would keep, read, and engage with.
By developing a strong editorial direction, building relationships with contributors, and creating a consistent storytelling framework, we transformed Coltivare into a publication that connected every part of the food chain, from grower to retailer to consumer.
RESULTS
The result was Coltivare, a quarterly magazine designed to educate, inspire, and give something meaningful back to Lemdell's retail customers. Through grower stories, chef collaborations, seasonal produce features, recipes, and industry insights, the publication became a powerful extension of the brand and a unique touchpoint within the market.
What started as a content initiative evolved into a fully realised media platform that strengthened relationships, elevated the customer experience, and positioned Lemdell as a leader in storytelling within the fresh produce sector.
TNM managed the project from concept to completion, overseeing strategy, editorial planning, content production, photography, design, copywriting, print coordination, and project management.
Each edition is carefully curated to ensure every story aligned with the brand while providing genuine value to readers.
